Received the K700i on Vodafone about 5 months ago. Very impressed initially. Feature rich and easy to use. My only critism at that point was the relatively poor battery life. However, as time went on I realised that the firmware that Vodafone had put on the phone was restricting it. No MP3 ringtones, problems with MMS, and phone crashes upon incoming calls. Vodafone where NOT helpful. Told me it was SE's fault and to contact them, which I did and was promptly referred back to Vodafone. Refusing to help me upgrade the firmware, I settled on replacing the phone with a Nokia 6230 which I'm yet to form a proper opinion of. All in all, the K700 is an impressive phone, IF you have the correct firmware installed.

u get softwares where in u can compress mp3 songs. it would reduce the amount of space it consumes. depending on the OS u have on ur PC thats MAC or WINDOWS download a software from the net and after compressing the songs xfer it to ur cell thru a data cable or bluetooth.

Forget buying this fone guys. The K750i is coming out soon!! Better than this old fart!! And the battery life of this fone is so short after using some features. It will make ya crazy that you want to throw it to the sea!!

K700i in Malaysia is about RM1300 for a T-choise waranty and RM1050 for an AP waranty.Try to get ASPEN or CSL waranty for the AP phone.Hope that's help.Any question just ask me.

yess imm afraid that u have to use Dss-20/25 (desktop charger) to update ur firmware BT and IRDA doesnot support this service and if u have R2AA003 preinstalled then i reccomend no to waste ur time 4 upgrades to R2Ae033 cause there is not much diff cause i have used both so such diff

Had it for one day with vodafone. Can't put mp3 as a ringtone, bummer. and after a day it went crazy with charging. It didn,t stop ringing and phone froze. Brought it back. To bad because i realy liked it
