You don’t need to do this. Some people want this update, this instructions are for those people. This ins’t for people new to computers.

1. Download FFVIII-Update 1.0.1.1.rar and extract it.
2. Double click Patcher.bat
3. Press 1, enter.
4. Right click your FF VIII desktop shortcut -> Properties -> Open file Location.
5. Make one click on the folder icon, copy the path, see pic:
   
6. Go back to the patcher screen, paste it (ctrl+v or right click will do)
   
7. Press enter.
8. Type 2 and press enter.
9. Press enter to exit.
10. DONE. Now the game will be version 1.0.1.1 You can verify it by checking the settings:

Final Fantasy 8 is a RPG video game, sequel that surpasses Final Fantasy 7 by Square Enix. This game, in my opinion, surpasses Final Fantasy 7 in almost every way except the gameplay. The graphics in the game were above average, but the backgrounds were amazing. The story is obviously the most appealing part of most RPG, and Final Fantasy 8 is no exception. This game has a great amount of character development, and not just the main character. The battle system too easy at the beginning of the game and while they do get tougher as the game progresses. It’s easy to become involved in the game, and that makes it more fun. The game is fun to play, and that’s what a game is really all about.

In this game, You play as Squall, a kid raised in a military type base, and when a Sorceress threatens to take over the world, Squall and a group of friends are sent in to take her out. At first the game just seemed to be out developing characters, and then when you are familiar with them, the story takes off. You can get strong without leveling up, so you can overpower yourself, and then enemies will stay pretty weak for the entire game. Overall this is easily one of my favorite games of all time, and it’s my favorite final fantasy. This is a wonderful game that hardcore gamers shouldn’t miss.
